Fresh Air is ready to launch into our inaugural year as hosts of the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix! Much work has already been done and we have a great group of folks who have stepped up to be involved. While it is not required that you register as a PVGP volunteer, doing so will get you a free volunteer t-shirt and you will be covered under their event insurance. The Volunteer Registration Tent is located just inside the main gate. An 8am arrival time will allow our VW volunteers time to park their own vehicles, get registered, sign-up at the Volunteer tent (if wanted), and be at their post by 8:30am to be ready when the cars start rolling in.
Assignments are as follows...
9-11 Sheri Anderson, Judy Cody, Erin Robinson
11-1 Hector Corante, Becky Antitomas, D Eric Nuttall
8-11 Jason Cody, Cam Cody, Joe Robinson, Jason Antitomas, Kyle Boronky
8-11 SIGN UP ON SATURDAY
12-1 Adrian Lamperski, Scott Martin, "others needed"
Ice Water: Dan Lutz
Data Entry: Rick Hasse
This is our first year so there may be some hiccups along the way but I ask that you hang in there with us and pitch in if you see something needing done or if someone needs relief from their posts.
There will be a new parking pattern this year, People's Choice voting (placing 1, 2, 3 with AWESOME trophies), drone filming of our area, VW coloring books for the kids, and much more.
All tents, EZ Ups and canopies will be placed down by the tree line for shade and to keep the car show area clear of obstructions. This is the PVGP standard and we are upholding and enforcing it this year.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered and all who helped push this operation forward. If you have any questions, concerns, comments, etc, please don't hesitate to ask.
See you this Saturday!!!!
