Dubs on the Move, June 7 - 9, 2024, Friday thru Sunday

Join us for the Annual Dubs On The Move VW Cruise!

‼️This year's cruise is set for Saturday June 8th, 2023 starting at 10am!‼️

We will meet at Piney Meadows Park in Limestone for the show and start the cruise from there! After our scenic cruise we will return to Piney Meadows Campground for camping and live music! The Keep It Downs will be playing throughout the night! 🎸🎶🥁🎤

This event is FREE and open to the public, however, if you plan to camp over night at Piney Meadows Campground, arrangements can be made with the campground by messaging their Facebook page.

We will meet 10am and the cruise will depart at 1pm. From 10am-1pm we can show our cars off to the public and mingle amongst ourselves until we prepare to depart on the cruise. We will have a Chinese auction and will announce prize winners before we cruise! After departure we will travel through the Western PA countryside along a scenic route approximately 50 miles, then return to the park. There will be live music, prizes, and good times to be had! After party is BYOB.

We're going to stuff a bug! We will be raising donations for our local animal shelter, Tri County Animal Rescue. Please bring a bag of dog food, cat food, or cleaning supplies if you're able to so we can help our furry friends!

Anyone wishing to bring items to vend at the show at Piney Meadows Park are more than welcome! In the past we've had people bring VW parts and accessories, crafts, hand made goods, etc..

There is plenty of room to camp out after the cruise so bring a tent or drive the Westy! Camping is available at the beautiful Piney Meadows Park where you can camp alongside Piney Creek and enjoy the sounds of nature.
Pricing for Piney Meadows Park is $40/per camper up to 2 occupants $10/ person after that.
Tents $10/person
VW bus $10/person.

Saturday is the cruise, in which we may have 2 cruise routes to choose from this year.

Sunday is the show and swap. Last year we had almost 100 VWs on the cruise and 225 entered in the show. Let's break those numbers in 2024!!

The Cadillac is the host hotel this year, but the Rodeway is also one of our preferred hotels with many enthusiasts already booking their rooms. Head to the website for info on the hotels. Please CALL the hotels to reserve your room- DO NOT book online or you will NOT get preferred pricing and may not be in the block of rooms we have reserved.

Calling all new and old VWs (all are welcome!). Come to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix!

Schenley Park is the scene of one of the area’s largest car shows. The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix stages an International Car Show – a combined show of 20 separate displays featuring more than 3,000 cars. It’s a weekend show open to everyone – no invitation is needed. All makes, all years, all countries, are welcome, whether or not you’re with a car club. You’ll be a part of the show with the best parking spot all weekend to watch the vintage races on the streets surrounding the golf course. Shine up your ride and be a part of the show!

Preregister for $50 to show your VW for the whole weekend ($60 day of). All registration fees and money raised goes to support Autism Society of Pittsburgh.

Some information to help everyone entering the show:
1. Put this address into your GPS. It’s the house on the corner of the entrance. You’ll see tons of people directing you into the show.

2. Gates open at 9:30am. Show runs from 11am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday.
3. Your registration plaque will be at the VW tent in the VW area. No paper work needed to enter the show.
4. When you drive thru the entrance gate keep going straight. Volunteers will direct you. German Hill entrance is by a green fence on your left. Turn left at the fence and The VW area is straight ahead. A Fresh Air member will direct you where to park.
5. Bring a cooler with beverages & food, folding chairs, sunscreen and enjoy the day!!!
